Derrycourt Triumphs at the 2024 Golden Service Awards
Derrycourt Cleaning Specialists, a proudly Irish family business, flew the Irish flag high at the prestigious 2024 Kimberly-Clark Professional™ Golden Service Awards on 23 May 2024 by securing three top accolades.
The event provides the opportunity for Facilities Management companies, contract cleaners and in-house cleaning teams to showcase excellence performed under unprecedented challenges, setting the benchmark for exceptional standards. Awards were presented to winners across 18 categories at a formal ceremony on 23 May at the Hilton Park Lane, London hosted by one of the UK’s most popular comedians and actors Hugh Dennis .
Judging was independently overseen by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc).
“The quality of the entries for this year’s Golden Service Awards was more extraordinary than ever before, with over 30% more applications pushing the standards higher and higher. The strong focus on sustainability, teamwork and staff wellbeing was nice to see across many entries, with innovative approaches to daily hurdles and today’s business challenges.
