Celebrating Excellence
We are preparing for the Annual Employee Awards Event in September, an event that celebrates excellence, dedication, and hard work within our organisation. The awards night will celebrate excellence in over twenty categories, from Site of the Year, Employee of the Year to Rising Star.
Winners of the Employee of the Month from the end of 2023 to 2024, and individuals who have been shortlisted for various award categories, based on nominations will be invited to attend.
And this brings us to the amazing staff who have been nominated and recognised in June. Congratulations to Kenneth, the June Derrycourt Employee of the Month and to Pauline, our Head Office Employee of the Quarter.
June 2024 Employee of The Month​
Kenneth’s consistent performance and willingness to go above and beyond have not gone unnoticed. His exceptional dedication, remarkable work ethic, and the outstanding impact he has made on our clients and colleagues have truly set him apart as the June Employee of the Month.
Kenneth’s commitment to maintaining high standards and his thoughtful approach to his work have made a significant difference. He is an exemplary ambassador and has set a high standard for all of us at Derrycourt. We are incredibly proud to have him on our team.
We would like to relay our appreciation of the exceptional staff member you have provided to us here. Kenneth is to be commended on his commitment to his work, the standard of work carried out, and his sociable, considerate nature while carrying out his duties. His manner and thoughtfulness are very much appreciated by all staff that work here.
I have dealt with Ken for the past 10 months or so. Ken is very obliging, very pleasant, and always willing to help. Ken is currently working on four sites in Tullamore. Each client from each site speaks very highly of Ken. We believe Ken deserves to be recognised.
Head Office Employee of The Quarter
Our third Head Office Employee of the Quarter, earned this title because of her dedication, exceptional work ethic, and the significant positive impact she has had on both clients and colleagues. In a pool of exceptional contenders for Head Office Employee of the Quarter, Pauline’s outstanding contributions and accomplishments set her apart and make her a deserving recipient of this honour.
Pauline’s thoughtful and meticulous handling of her responsibilities sets a benchmark for excellence at Derrycourt, embodying the qualities of a true ambassador. We are privileged to have Pauline as a vital part of our team, and her contributions continue to inspire us all.
Pauline was solo in CSD for 1 week or more this month. And while there were messages sent advising everyone, she was extremely busy, and she played an absolute blinder. Everyone in operations commented that she was fantastic considering she was working alone. She deserves some recognition for her efforts.
Pauline is someone who always shows positivity and a can do attitude no matter what situation is thrown at them. She was thrown into the deep end a few times and she always gets on with it with a smile on her face and kind words.
We are grateful to both Kenneth and Pauline their hard work, integrity, respect, customer orientation, exceeding expectations, and for flying the Derrycourt flag high.
